At first, it was only a small-scale relief and rehabilitation project to help the war refugees after the liberation war of Bangladesh. It was one kind of international development organization mainly based in Bangladesh. But now, it has become the largest non-govt development organization in the world.

BRAC is ruling all over the world, its presence in 11 other countries of Asia, Africa, and the Americas, along with Bangladesh’s 64 districts. BRAC has more than 90,000 employees, and among them, 70% are women. It provides services to more than 126 million people. BRAC also has some social enterprises, including Aarong, Dairy, and Food project, Agro and seed, Chicken, etc.

BRAC will hire manpower for four posts. All the posts require different abilities, and the salary will also be different. They will employ for their school management.

• They need 45 Thana Education Officers; the candidates must be BA passed from a reputed university with a great number. Their salary will be 23,500, and they will get travel costs.
• They will hire 115 union education officers, their salary will be 17,000, and they will also get travel costs. HSC pass will be enough for this post.
• Three hundred ten teachers are also needed for their school project. To apply for the teacher post, SSC passed men and women both are welcome. They will also get a good amount of salary. Their salary will be 14,000, and they will also get travel costs.
• BRAC needs 210 school assistants who should be JSC/PSC passed. Their salary amount 12,500, which isn’t very good but according to their ability, it’s much, and they will also get other facilities like others.
